On average, we use 3 pounds of organic fruit & veggies in each bottle of juice. Our juice contains only the highest quality organic ingredients & never any added water! Nearly all other juices on the market are mass produced by large corporations, are normally heat pasteurized so that they can sit on the shelf for months at a time, are usually non-organic, & often have added water. We offer the most nutrient dense, enzymatically alive, organic juice available; therefore our prices reflect that.
As long as they are kept refrigerated, our juices will maintain high nutritional value for 5 days from time of bottling. Most of our juices will last a few additional days beyond this, although slowly losing flavor & enzymes.
We use absolutely no artificial additives, preservatives, or stabilizers in our juice, which is the only way to prevent the natural settling process. So be sure to give your juice a nice shake before drinking!
Nature is full of variation. Given our juice is handcrafted in small batches with only 100% natural, organic ingredients; small variations may occur.
Apples are cholesterol, fat, & sodium free, while containing a great amount of vitamin C (important for immune health) & potassium (helps regulate the nervous system). With over 2,500 varieties grown in the US alone, we love apples for their local availability & exceptional nutritional profile.
Pineapple is great for oral & eye health, improves blood circulation, & helps reduce chronic inflammation.
Lemon is a powerful cleanser. Lemons help detoxify the body, aid in digestion, & encourage weight loss.
Oranges are also a powerful cleanser. They are rich in vitamin C, they purify the blood, & are known to help reduce cholesterol & break down kidney stones.

Carrots are rich in vitamin A which promotes stronger vision & glowing skin. Carrots are also known to support healthy pregnancy & to enrich breast milk.
Ginger is great for reducing inflammation, stimulating digestion, & has powerful anti-fungal / anti-bacterial properties.
Cashews are high in magnesium (strengthens the bones) & copper (eliminates disease promoting free radicals in the body). Cashews are also a good source of plant-based protein which can leave you feeling full for longer with stable energy levels.
Simply put, the intention of doing a juice cleanse is for you to emerge restored, revitalized, & energized!
But let's dive in a bit deeper:
Environmental factors & busy schedules often make it very difficult to maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Over the years our bodies absorb toxins from the air we breathe, the food we eat, & the stress we routinely identify with; making the average person’s blood highly acidic. Furthermore, by continually eating unnatural (indigestible) food, waste tends to build up in the intestines causing stagnation of energy / elimination & creates the foundation for disease. One of the best (& fastest) ways to rid your body of this toxic overload is to flood the body with fresh, organic, enzyme-rich fruit / vegetable juice. The juice serves to re-alkalize the blood & rehydrate / push the old waste out. This will quickly reduce inflammation (the first stage of all disease) & put you back on the road to optimal health.
Our bodies have a profound power to heal themselves, we just need to give them the opportunity to do so. If we are constantly taxing the body with heavy processed foods, we are always in the way of the body’s constant strive towards optimal health. The moment we get out of the way & the body is done digesting, it immediately switches over to ‘self-heal’ mode, which is the supreme purpose of a juice cleanse.
Around 70% of your daily energy is spent on digesting your food! Which is why you often feel like taking a nap after a large meal. Fortunately, a juice cleanse affords the body a much-needed break from processing heavy proteins, fat, & complex carbohydrates. After your cleanse, especially one that is longer in duration (7+ days), you will feel a sense of lightness in the body, a new found joy for life, positive outlook for the future, profound mental clarity, & even witness your physical complications begin to disappear. A few days leading up to your cleanse you may choose to make some dietary adjustments for a more optimal experience. Prep with a low inflammatory diet, focus on hydration, & bring the body to a more alkaline state by significantly reducing acid-forming foods such as:
- Fried foods, meat & dairy items, heavily processed foods (including those processed plant-based foods! Not all plant-based products are necessarily healthy!)
- Avoid refined sugar as much as possible & any boxed, canned, or bagged food items containing artificial flavoring, preservatives, and/or additives
- Eliminate alcohol & nicotine
- Avoid caffeine (reduce coffee intake & eliminate all soda)
Eliminating these items from your diet ahead of time will make it easier once your cleanse begins. These dietary changes will afford your body time to ease into the detox process. This may sound like a lot but your body will thank you in the end! Keep in mind that you still have plenty of other cleanse-friendly foods to consume in the meantime.
You may choose to incorporate any & all steamed vegetables, salads, fermented foods like miso & sauerkraut, raw whole fruits, raw nuts & seeds (soaked is best), smoothies, fresh juices, & gluten-free grains like quinoa, amaranth, & millet.
Lastly, set an intention for your juice cleanse; a commitment to changing something in your life. Why are you cleansing? What do you want to create? Heal? What will make your cleanse successful? Think about these questions, or even write them down. Healing is much deeper than just a physical process. The mental, emotional, & spiritual components are just as, if not more important than the mechanical process of cleansing. Be intentional in your healing efforts, attempting to cleanse purely out of vanity never reaps lasting results.
Juice cleansing is not an overly complicated thing. The idea is to drink the 6 juices provided per day, for however many days you choose to cleanse. Specific order is not important, as different people will respond to different juices better at different times of the day. We recommend choosing juices by what your body is telling you, whatever looks good to you in the moment, go for it! Some people find it best to mimic their normal eating patterns; 2 juices for breakfast, 2 juices for lunch, & 2 juices for dinner. Or you may opt to follow the 2-hour rule, which entails drinking a juice every 2-3 hours throughout the day & consuming your last juice about 2 hours before bed. Although even this process may be adjusted to your own pace / individual needs. If you do not drink all 6 juices one day, that is completely okay. Everyone is different & it is amazing how filling juice can be at times. Listen to your body & perhaps drink more the next day. From our experience, as time goes on your appetite for juice will pick up & you’ll find it much easier to drink all 6 juices, in fact you may be craving more!
Below are some further recommendations for a successful juice cleanse:
- Start your day off with warm lemon water. It is an incredible liver stimulant, aids in digestion, & kicks off the cleansing process before you even have your first juice.
- Always chew your juice. The chewing action mixes digestive enzymes in the saliva with the juice, allowing your body to more readily absorb & utilize the nutrients.
- Get plenty of rest. Keep your schedule as light as possible & try to get to bed early. It is called ‘beauty sleep’ for a reason, as we do our deepest healing in our sleep, since during this time we are the most relaxed & have given the body time off from digestion.
- Listen to your body. It will tell you when to slow down. Your energy levels can quickly change & be a bit unpredictable during a cleanse so you may want to limit yourself to light exercise such as walks, yoga, or stretching. If you feel too weak, then go easy. If you feel good & full of energy, then ramp it up!
- Take some time for yourself. Journal, meditate, find some space for introspection.
- Breathe deeply. Breathing in fresh air is critical for a healthy mind & body. Breathing from the diaphragm (breathing from your belly like a baby does) will help accelerate the removal of physical & emotional waste, helping to reduce anxiety while providing relaxation & mental clarity.
- Focus on elimination. During a cleanse your body releases accumulated toxins that may have built up for years, the aim is to eliminate these toxins as efficiently as possible.
Your skin is the largest organ of elimination in the body. Try visiting a sauna to stimulate the lymphatic system & sweat out those toxins. Dry skin brushing is also an effective method of detoxification. Practice dry brushing your skin daily during the cleanse to remove dead skin & to open up the pores for the elimination of cellular waste. Alternating hot / cold showers is also a great way to stimulate the lymphatic system & to promote elimination.
It is important to move the bowels at least once a day during your cleanse, the more the better. Remember, we want to eliminate as much as possible during a cleanse. Enemas, colonics, salt water flush, rebounding, squatting, colon massage, & deep belly breathing are all tools that one can use to aid in this process.
Rehydrate. Eliminate. Renew. Rebuild. Revitalize. Reclaim your health!
Again, we stress the fact that everybody is different, so you may or may not feel any of these symptoms during your cleanse but there are some typical side effects that are good to know about & to be prepared for. For the first 2 or 3 days, detoxification is usually the most drastic & noticeable as the body adjusts to the new dietary regimen. Mood swings, headache, fatigue, & minor skin blemishes are all common symptoms of detoxification & should be embraced! This is your body doing the work!
Simply hold fast & trust the process as the more pleasurable results of a juice cleanse are soon to follow, which usually include healthier-looking skin, clearer eyes, heightened mental clarity, improved digestion, an overall sense of well-being, positive mood, & healthy weight loss.
For the average person we recommend drinking plenty of water in between juices in order to stay hydrated & to encourage the removal of toxins from the body. Drinking plenty of water also combats feelings of hunger since the belly is kept full.
We do not recommend including caffeine for an optimal cleanse, but we understand that coffee may be an important part of your everyday routine, so rest easy coffee lovers, it is not a deal breaker. Keep your intake to a minimum & be sure to drink more water following.
For the most optimal results, we do not recommend eating solid food during a cleanse. However, if you are not feeling satiated & find it an absolute MUST to consume something else, we advise something light & liquid-based, such as a fruit smoothie or a low-sodium vegetable broth. Also, be strategic with your cashew mylk (if you’ve included one in your cleanse), it has a heavier fiber content than the juices & more protein which helps you to feel full longer. If you are still struggling with hunger, try a handful of raw nuts or a piece of organic fruit.
Sometimes we are simply craving the chewing sensation; try chewing on an ice cube or a piece of fruit & spit out the fiber. More importantly, take a moment & check in with yourself, are you actually hungry? Most of the time we just need to drink more juice or feed the soul with relaxing music, a good book, empowering conversation, or a long walk in nature.
Celebrate what you have accomplished. For everyday that you juiced, you nourished your body with nearly 20 pounds of fresh, organic produce. Now, we want to make sure that you are prepared to maintain & maximize the effects of your efforts. Take time to reflect on what you have learned about yourself & how to incorporate more healthy choices into your daily routine.
The more gently you reintroduce foods into your diet, the smoother the transition will be. Avoid the binge & ease back into solid foods post-cleanse. Give your body a day or two before starting to eat solid food again. During this transitional period, slowly introduce smoothies, more juice, or light vegetable soups. Take it slow. As much as you may want to dig into a steak & red wine the first day back, remember to not overload your organs during this transition. This will undo all the internal balance you have achieved. So no need to rush back into your habitual life & foods, they’re not going anywhere.
You are still in healing mode for a few days following your cleanse so be mindful of what you put into your body. Make sure to drink plenty of water & pace yourself as you slowly reintroduce simple, whole foods. We recommend starting with smoothies, juices, soups, & salads while avoiding all processed foods & animal products. Optimal post-cleanse foods are the same as pre-cleanse diet suggestions; any & all steamed vegetables, salads, fermented foods like miso & sauerkraut, raw whole fruits, raw nuts & seeds (soaked is best), smoothies, fresh juices, & gluten-free grains like quinoa, amaranth, & millet.
In the days following a cleanse, you have the opportunity to identify any food sensitivities. If you suspect certain foods are causing you trouble, systematically add them to your diet & see if it’s a trigger for you.
Repeat.
Regular detoxification is a must in today's world. A world in which we are ingesting, inhaling, & absorbing toxic chemicals everyday. Cleansing removes toxicity, layers at a time. So the more you cleanse, the deeper the healing ensues & works to address different areas of the body.

Unfortunately we do not ship at this time. Our juice is made fresh & is too perishable to ship at the moment. Although we are exploring ways to offer shipping in the near future.
Plastic bottles are known for their negative health effects on the human body due to chemicals leeching into your drink. Nasty chemicals found in plastic, such as phthalates, are endocrine disruptors & can interfere with the body's natural hormones. Not to mention plastic is one of the leading causes of environmental pollution on the planet. We need a healthy planet in order to be healthy ourselves, so for the sake of humanity at large & future generations to come, we aim to produce as little plastic waste as possible.
We offer a 25¢ credit towards your next order for each glass bottle that you return. Please note that we will not honor this credit unless your bottles are properly rinsed out before returning. The bottles cannot contain any old juice residue upon return if you want to receive your credit, otherwise we will not be able to properly clean & re-use your bottle. To avoid this, it is best to rinse your bottles immediately after consuming your juice. Let's work together in reducing waste!
